Looks&PB: Xiao Mei is short, standing at roughly 5'4", and an average build. She has some muscle due to being very active, but her most... distinguishable feature is her ass, legendary for being awesome and making men drool, or something like that. She's aware of that fact and often makes use of it, bending down with short skirts just to get the male audience to stop and stare. She tends to wear... short shorts or mini skirts, tops, and usually boots and jackets to go with it. She has straight black hair that reaches down to her shoulderblades, and dark eyes.

Her PB is Kyoko from Black Cat.

Background: Xiao Mei, or Mei-Mei as she is known among her friends, was born in Louyang to a traditional family of martial artists. The middle daughter of five girls, she was always something of a black sheep in the family, favoring studying history and magic to martial arts and physical discipline. Her family was quite wealthy, having won several of the famous martial arts tournaments in the nation, and through much pestering of her parents she was shipped off to the continent to study at the Mage School in Geffen when she was 10. In spite of having problems of discipline, the girl showed amazing affinity with the lightning and ice elements, and got decent scores in most subjects, which allowed her to graduate at age 18. She passed the admission exams to the Wizard Academy shortly after, and... well, her will to study went downhill from there.

She still performs quite spectacularly with magic, but does terribly in most theory classes not magic theory or history. Not because she can't understand them, but because she just doesn't care, and thus her grades are a hazardous mix of straight As and Fs. Not to mention that she tends to get in trouble because of conflicts with some of the other students - a typical High School rebel behaviour, except... no longer in High School. She's almost been cast out of the Academy a number of times, but her family's money seems to be doing a good job of keeping her there.

Xiao Mei still keeps in touch with her family, and goes to Louyang to watch the tournament every year. For about a year, she was Ethan Aislyle's girlfriend, but broke up with him after finding out he'd been cheating on her.

Personality: Xiao Mei is loud, obnoxious, tomboyish and laid back. She's usually very cheerful and could be likeable if she wasn't such a brat, really. However, she has a tendency to hold a grudge <i>forever</i> and will annoy the fuck out of anyone she doesn't like. Mei-Mei is also rather lazy, and will often procrastinate to the last minute unless it's something she likes doing, in which case it gets done quickly and efficiently.

She's a huge spender, loving money and everything that can be bought. She has more stuff than you can name, and holds on to everything. On the other hand she's also generous and loves showering people around her with gifts (usually things she doesn't want, or she'd hoard them for herself). She tends to be self-centered and can be very catty behind people's backs, though she only does it to people she thinks deserve it.
